Quality Technical Training for the Power Industry

Wayleaves Training Course

Course Overview

EAL Level 3 – Certificate in Utility Infrastructure Processes (QCF)

The Wayleaves Qualification ( EAL level 3 Certificate in Utility Infrastructure Processes) is a nationally recognised vocationally related qualification and has a Standard consisting of 8 units. Candidates produce evidence to build a portfolio which is then assessed by an assessor.

There is an initial induction meeting with an assessor who explains the requirements of the standard and the assessment process. If required KeFax can use an e-portfolio system where evidence is entered by the candidate into an on-line location which can then be assessed by a qualified assessor.

Duration: Following the induction, progress through the qualification is up to the candidate and how fast he/she works.

The Assessor is available for help and advice throughout the process.

The portfolio is also internally quality-assured before being submitted to EAL for final approval.
