National Grid have changed their TP137 suite of documents to new contractor focused documents for compliance.

Principal Contractor Site Managers will now need to work to NG/ET/SR163 “Management of Works” on their contracts with National Grid. We are aware that TP141 is still an option for Design Approval staff with the contractor base but that is not covered by this and is only assessed by National Grid.

KeFax have developed a one – day Supplier Site Manager training course that covers the ‘knowledge of policies and processes’ pre requisite. The objective of this course is for attendees to achieve an appropriate knowledge of the procedures specified on the Principal Contractor/Contractor Representative appointment form NGET 163.11.
